Tax Pro Foundry e-File (Tax Pro Foundry, a trade name of GTQ LLC) operates the e-file workspace at https://efile.taxprofoundy.com. This policy describes what information the workspace collects and how it is handled.

Information we collect

• Account information: the email address you sign in with.
• Filing data: payer and recipient information you enter, including TINs, names, addresses, and amounts, stored to provide your filing workspace.
• Operational logs: standard server logs used for security and reliability.

How information is used

Filing data is used solely to provide the workspace features: saving filings, validation, and export generation. We do not sell personal information. We do not transmit your filing data to the IRS — export files are uploaded to the IRS by you through your own IRIS portal account.

Retention and deletion

Filings remain in your workspace until you delete them or close your account. Contact [email protected] to request deletion of your account or filings.
