Tax Pro Foundry e-File (Tax Pro Foundry, a trade name of GTQ LLC) provides a software workspace for preparing, validating, and exporting information-return files. By using the workspace you agree to these terms.

Your responsibility as filer

The workspace is an operational tool. You remain responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of any information return you prepare or transmit. Validate export files against current IRS instructions and form revisions before transmission. Nothing in the workspace is tax or legal advice for a specific situation.

Acceptable use

Use the workspace only for filings you are authorized to prepare. Do not submit data you know to be false, and safeguard payer and recipient information in accordance with your own security policies, including any FTC Safeguards Rule or WISP obligations that apply to your firm.

Availability and changes

The workspace is provided as-is during early access. Features, formats, and pricing may change. We may modify these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
